Went into a sheep and pressed "E" and got into my inventory and cannot do anything with it. Made my FPS drop quite a bit. this is still the case after leaving the sheep.

Spectator Game Mode
Usage: /gamemode spectator, /gamemode sp or /gamemode 3
As a Spectator, a player:
Cannot be seen by anybody but other spectators
Does not affect mob spawning, and is not noticed by mobs
Can see invisible players or mobs as translucent
Can view inventories/etc, but not modify them
Can click on entities to take their camera
Clicking on a creeper will apply the creeper.json shader
Endermen vision is inverted
Spider vision is segmented
Scroll wheel increases/decreases speed.
Cannot use items, place blocks, destroy blocks or interact with blocks in any way
Can go through any entity or block without interfering with it (commonly known as 'noclip')
Is always flying, and cannot take damage including fall damage
