Well, I was just trying out the new Spectator gamemode in snapshot 14w05a and I clicked a pig to view it, then I changed gamemodes back to creative when I was still seeing the pigs view, and I stayed as the pig even though I was no longer in spectator mode. I didn't take I screenshot because I didn't think it would be helpful but I can if you want me to.
ALSO: This is no affecting me in any way, I was just reporting it because it says to on Mojang.com
