In snapshots for 1.8 dungeons spawns without any loot chests.
In one of the patch notes for snapshot it was stated that dungeon spawn was fixed but the loot chests are still missing. I checked couple of different worlds and it is missing in all of them.

This is not a resolved issue, as it is being observed with current snapshot(s).

I can confirm this is happening in 14w05b and 14w06b. This impacts item availability as some items only generate in dungeon loot chests, and needs to be addressed.
