You are allowed to throw items in gamemode 3 which can disturb creations/players

What I expected to happen was...:
Items thrown were going to be not thrown or deleted straight away

What actually happened was...:
Items could be thrown but could not be picked up

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Grab any items and go into gamemode 3 (Spectator mode)
2. Throw some items
