I loaded up seed (-1718923230) in 14w05b spawner at location (1145 64 -142)
didn't work and no chest spawnd.
Then loaded same seed in 1.7.4 same location and it worked fine.
14w05b had no spawner, no chest.
1.7.4 had spawner and chest.
