Transpassing Image Fragments

Sorry... But i Saw this bug since i played Minecraft version 1.4.2 oficial.

When you eat carrot by example, or crash a stone, your fragments when is near water, stay 'below' water block. The Water Image stay Up of fragments. Try eat carrot near water. 'll see the fragments below image water.
