[MC-47447] Swords are holded by your elbow instead of your hand

When holding a sword, the position in third person view is misplaced, putting the sword through your elbow (ouch!)

Actually, no. I checked and in 14w05b this happens as well. I'll edit this once I see where it really origins from.
