[MC-47462] Lock Difficulty texture is white

I was playing with 14w06a, and in the in game menu The difficulty lock's icon was white. It worked fine, but It didnt have its own icon.

The reason is that you're using a Resource pack. The Resource packs does not contain the textures for the difficulty lock icon. It's not only in 14w06a, I've seen it in the other 1.8 snapshots as well...
