[MC-47509] Item Repair

When I try to repair a diamond enchanted pic for the first time it costs maybe 5 levels, the second time it jumps to 15, then 24 the third time, then it says "too expensive"

I though I was the only one having trouble with it. I didn't notice the level cost progression but it's clearly that.
