Disable Villager Trade XP

I suppose this counts as a duplicate of MC-47744, as I posted it sooner. It doesn't really matter, and Grum asked you, but there's probably no need for two reports on the same issue.

If mine gets closed instead of yours, please add in your description that Jeb's idea was to disable XP per-offer rather than per-villager, as he posted here. Who knows, if we're lucky we may get both.
