1.7.4 library

Why unavailable ? Do you get an error message ?
Do you think this is a bug ?

No I dont think it is a bug because bugs effect the way the game works, and
the game looks fine to me but i think it is just a error or needs to be
fixed with some people, I do not know the people who have theese problems.
