[MC-48028] Repeater will not work in the /setblock command

I typed into a command block's console a setblock command to spawn a repeater. It didn't spawn, so I checked the console again. I noticed in the 'Previous Output' it said "There is no such item with ID repeater". I tried using different data values & it still didn't work.

The block is called unpowered_repeater or powered_repeater.
The item is called repeater

i think the blocks also work with repeater_on and repeater_off
