[MC-48216] Blackout

When I'm in a rowboat in deep ocean, it seems to speed along. If I overrun the ocean terrain as it develops in front of me, the screen goes black. The only way to fix it, is to disconnect from the game and then reconnect. This may be happening more often as I proceed farther and farther away from the original spawn point.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

The blackout is represented by the completely black pictures in MC-48216

Here it is. After I got to -10000 north, falling off the world and everything going black becomes very frequent, especially when I’m in a fast rowboat.
