Connection Lost: Internal Exception: java.lang.ClassCastException: bju cannot be cast to fm

Brand New install on this computer, trying to play single player and get this error when I try to PLAY. Once or twice it did load, but the game was super laggy and stalled, could not move.
This happens in both Creative Mode and Survival Mode, game will not load.
