I have found that pressing F11 while the game is loading a singleplayer world will trigger this exception and dump the player to the Multiplayer Server list every time. In earlier versions, doing this would often cause the game to go full screen, but only render in a default window-sized area in the corner of the screen. This might be a clue as to why this bug is occurring for some people.
Yeah, it has to do with being full screen. However, I don't want to play the game in a window, I would like to go full screen.
i don't play in fullscreen and it happened to me... I CAN NOT PLAY ON MY OWN SERVER!!!! (FRUSTRATING)
Since quite a while it often happens to me that I get a very similiar message ("biz cannot be cast to fv") when loading a singleplayer world and simultaneusly pressing F11 to go fullscreen. I will then end up at the multiplayer screen, exactly like Carl Lystad said. However the game never chrashed for me and some people here are obviously not able to connect to some servers in any way, nothing to do with going fullscreen. Also the
I do wonder whether this specific bug when pressing F11 while loading a singleplayer world is worth an own bug report with better explanation of the problem than this auto-reportet crash... I found at least one other report that reported this problem, however it was marked as a duplicate to this. But I wonder wether a more detailed report than this wouldn't be more helpful for the developers.
I am not very familiar with bug reports and how everything is handled and stuff, so can someone tell me whether it would be a good idea to re-report this error or not?
Why am I getting these crash reports?

Fixed (for me) in 1.8 apparently... -
Not fixed. The apparently unconvertible classes are now called "bll" and "fv".
