NOW THIS IS REALLY WEIRD
it says (+NBT) but it doesn't contain the brewing items I put inside...
how to reproduce.
put down a brewingstand and put potions inside
now pickblock+CTRL on the brewing stand.
now place the new brewing stand.
no items are inside!

Minecarts aren't blocks, so it's expected that won't work. Although it might be cool to have the same feature for Minecarts and mobs with spawn eggs.

It doesn't work for
-player heads, even it says: +NBT
-beacons(you can put an iron ingot at the "payment"-place) even it says: +NBT*
-also with signs
-and with jukeboxes there is another bug which I will report seperate
*here it's very weird because minecraft wiki says there is no NBT tag for the item which is in this slot, but then I ask myself how is it storaged then

first image shows the "(+NBT)" thingy
the second shows that if you put it down it is empty
the third image shows the inventroy of the last placed brewing stand
nothing is in it...
