tnt destroys blocks even when submerged under water

when i was exploding TNT that was submerged in 1 block of water, the TNT destroyed the nearby blocks, as shown by the images on the bottom, this never happened in the current version 1.7.4, i tried it in 1.7.4 and as shown by the pictures on the bottom. nothing exploded.

Confirmed, Its deff a bug.

In fact this bug starts with snapshot 14w06a. In 14w05b all cannons behave as expected.

Skeptical_Tech

It appears to be happening when more than five pieces of tnt detonate together.

Still present in 14w11b.

This bug is still present in snapshot 14w19a.
