[MC-48576] Falling Particles "shake" when jumping up again

When you fall (from a fair height) onto any block that has the particle effect attached (when you hit it), the particles spread out but after that, if you fly up the particles glitch

In fact the glitch occurs very rarely, so I can't reproduce it anymore.
