Chests and beacon icon doesn't render correctly in the super flat world customization screen

Create a new super flat world, with the following preset: 2;54;1;village, then click done.

When you are at the super flat world customization screen, (the screen that shows the preview of what layers on in the world, and how big each layer is), the icon of the chest doesn't show up correctly. It renders the inside of the chest on top of the lid of the chest.
