Doesn't this work as intended? I don't know whether nametags are visible when you are actually invisible or anything, but I do know you can change the possibility of viewing nametags in teams with

/scoreboard teams option <team> nametagVisiblity <never|hideForOtherTeams|hideForOwnTeam|always>

Can you change it with this? I don't know if this has to do with it but it might help...

yes, you can hide the name with this option. But on a pvp map where you can get the invisibility effect, the names are not invisible too, that is the problem
anyway thank for your help 🙂

It's not possible to make so that other teams can see your name when you don't have invis effect but don't see it when you are invisible. (aka: How it works withouth teams)

This issue breaks invisble kits for PVP maps. Name tags are visible even if you give invisibility by effect.

A few more details from MC-71776: Specifically, the nametagVisibility scoreboard team option overrides invisibility nametag hiding.

edit: The team doesn't need to have custom nametag options for this to happen.
