Invis pot with Team

Hello
So, i were going to troll my friend few days ago, so i brewed some invisibility pots and were ready to troll, but then this "bug" ruined my plan 😞
I was invisible but he saw my nametag just like normal

So i tested with my friend if it was the Scoreboard team that made it and it was, we were not on the same team so it should not be seeFriendlyInvisibles or nametagVisibility? I don't know if its these commands

My bad if this aint a bug but please explain why my nametag is visible for my "enemys"
