Im using Mac.

Sorry but I fail to see the difference between those two screenshots (except scale). Could you perhaps add an explanation of your bug in the description?

If the window is smaller, the image resolution will equally be smaller.

Well that's odd. Have you changed the resolution in your game profile, and if not can you try changing it?

You should try it at whatever your screen resolution is.

Go to the profile in the launcher, click "Edit Profile", and if the box titled "Resolution" is checked, uncheck it. It's possible that your game is forcing a certain resolution and that it's not dynamically adjusting it to your screen.
