[MC-49113] Chunk Loading Error

Chunks disappear as if you're in Spectator mode, but do not update. This affects all versions, but only if you have downloaded 14w08a.

same problem here. loads fine, break a few blocks and all chunks go away but lava at bottom of world

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.7.9 / Launcher version 1.3.11 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

No, found it was a problem between the update and my amd graphics drivers. Updated both and working well now. Thanks. Don't know about reporters issue
