[MC-49191] Item Glitch

When you breack a block on the Mine he glitch on the top of map

Mined blocks clip through solid blocks. This happens in both underground mines and when cutting down trees.

To replicate this bug:
1. Cut down trees
2. Catch flying logs

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 14w11b / Launcher version 1.3.11 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
