Items glitching out

Starting from 13w04a until the latest versions, I've noticed that there have been 'created' a few but very annoying bugs, such as the one I'm going to talk about. This bug consists in , whenever removed a block, the item entity, instead of falling down or staying in the position where it normally should, glitches into the blocks that are above it and travels up until it hits an air block. This issue can lead to a loss of resources while mining and etc.
