[MC-49498] Command block cannot do op commands

When I wan't to do an op command (like /ban, /kick...) with a command block, nothing's do and there are You don't have the permission to use this command in Previous Output :/

Correct, certain commands cannot be issued from command blocks due to security issues. A command block cannot kick, ban, whitelist, stop the server, issue save-all etc.
