How to reproduce :
find a mushroom growing under sunlight (or any tile that will pop off once it's updated)
place a rose bush or any kind of double plant next to it (see

What happens ?
Both the double plant and the mushroom will pop off but the upper part of the double plant will stay with no texture. (middle clicking it gives you sunflower) (see

What should have happened ?
the double plant should have stayed or at least it shouldn't have left a ghost block

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.7.9 / Launcher version 1.3.11 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
