Xray vision glicth

I started at a clean minecraft state that i deleted the .minecraft directory from %appdata% then i started minecraft with my email then setted my profile to Minecraft 1.7.4 then go in a server punching a grass block then afterwards everything around me is in like x-ray vision like.After that i try to go singleplayer and punch a grass block and it do the same plus when i click development console it say warnings about chunk take ms like that this only happens to minecraft 1.7.2 and 1.7.4
