When you put a lever into your inventory in creative mode the world glitches up and turns black and white
Steps to reproduce
1. Go to creative mode
2. Go to redstone inventory
3. Add lever to your inventory at slot 1 or whatever slot
4. Your world should turn black and white or just glitch out
