Wheat and snow slabs model/texture missing

What I expected to happen was...:
To see the planted crop

What actually happened was...:
I saw a block with missing texture/model

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a hoe
2. Make the dirt to be farmable (i don't remember the exact word for it)
3. Place some seeds on it

EDIT: Just noticed that this also affects snow slabs/covers
