[MC-50239] Pick block on hydrated farmland gives dirt block with invalid data value (missing texture)

When I middle-click farmland it gives me a 2D dirt block. (see screenshot) and shows the missing texture when placed.
P.S. don't worry about the other missing textures in the background, those are irrelevant. (part of another bug already posted by someone else)

Just to clarify, this happens when middle-clicking on wet farmland. I started trying this on dry farmland and got dirt, but then I took another look at the screenshots her and put water nearby to wet it. The wet farmland did this.

It's probably carrying over the data value the farmland has.
