Which enchantmen IDs did you try? I am able to enchant a diamond sword with Bane of Artropods (ID:18), Knockback (ID:19), Fire Aspect (ID:20) AND Looting (ID:21)!
I am not, when in creative it says "Cannot be combined with "X""
Unable to reproduce. I can even put 5 enchants on a weapon (unbreaking).
