[MC-50505] clouds make vision 0 at y=127

when going in the clouds, your view will not be trought the clouds, but a little higher it will.
y=127 is the axact height

this is not a duplicate of MC-997 because, you are in it but it still is no vision, check the screenshots to see what I mean,
this is diffrent, the other says transparant in/above but not under and this one says solid when on y=127, that's when the eyes are in the clouds, but not the feet
so no duplecate of MC-997!!!
you also see that I went only down, so I didn't look up!

The vision was calculated from eye level, now it's calculated from feet level.

then why when standing in a cloud at y=127 won't the clouds be transperant?, your eyes are in the cloud then.
