[MC-50511] Setblock destroy does not destroy blocks.

the block are not destroyed when use in the chat (in cmd-block it works perfect... only in the chat) "/setblock ~ ~ ~ block 0 destroy"

Cannot reproduce, command works appropriately with both relative and exact coordinates.

You didn't happen to mean setblock REPLACE did you? Destroy, destroys the block as a pickaxe/axe/etc. would.
