[MC-50829] Hitbox chest and Item Frame

Hello !
With Snapchot 14w10c, and I think this bug has been created with snapchot 14w10b. Before I could open my chest even if there is a item frame on this side, as pictured. And now it's impossible.
Before I placed blocks next to chest, and I left with only the side with Item Frame. The hitbox of Item Frame is bigger that the hitbox chest ?
