Command Blocks randomly returns "This command does not exists" for a /say or /kill

Title says it all ! Sometimes Command Blocks returns that the command I entered does not exist when it's only "say Test" or "/kill @a", and when I place the same Command Block somewhere else it works !

Check for invalid characters like non-space blanks, etc. happens frequently with copy/paste.
