What I expected to happen was that you ride a minecart, and everything is dandy.
What actually happened was that when you get in a minecart, the outdoor lighting changes as if you were indoors or such if you know what I mean. On a slope the lighting becomes like it normally would.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place rail
2. Place minecart
3. Get in minecart
