Lighting Glitches on rails

viewed at low angles, the top of the block a rail sits on is black/unlighted

This isn't a lighting glitch, this is mipmapping or anisotropic filtering at shallow angles.

so it is. it still looks weird, but i don't think it would be that easy to 'fix'
