[MC-5194] Snow is not generated by snow golem

Whenever a snow golem is created snow will not generate beneath it. The full extents to how this bug works hasn't been tester

works as intended. from the minecraft wiki:As Snow Golems move, they leave a trail of snow on the ground, except in Plains, Beaches, Swamp, Mushroom Island, Desert, and Jungle biomes, and the Nether. you were in a plains biome my friend. 🙂
