Destroy animation now working properly

Basically, it's happened for a long time and i havent seen many issues on here for it, When you punch/destroy a block the destroy animation dosen't work properly. I think i may have first noticed it on the 1.5 full release version. It basically just glitches out when you look at a block which you're destroying and you can see what i mean when you move your mouse cursor a tiny bit, the animation glitches out
