[MC-5198] Chunk regeneration when breaking jukebox

What I expected to happen was...
to easily break a Jukebox

What actually happened was...
The client crashed and said 'End of stream'. I go back into my private server to find out that the chunk were I was and the jukebox was in, has regenerated the chunk.

Crash is duplicate of MC-2711. When this gets fixed, it's gonna get rid of chunk regeneration aswell.

Just had this happen to me on a 1.4.7 server.

All the blocks from the y0 to y60 were recreated and a diameter of about +-15 blocks on the x and z axis from were the jukebox was located. Logged back in inside rock and died...
