[MC-52185] Brewing Stand block bounding incorrect

When chunk is loading on entering the game and I see the Brewing Stand block bounding render incorrect. It show full block bounding.

Cannot Reproduce in 1.8.1 Pre3, assuming it's Fixed or was never a problem with systems that meet the requirements. The one given in the Environment is too old.
