On Minecraft 1.4.5 many people on a server I play on have been able to spawn in the block 43:6 to create a smooth textured double slab, as it blended with the normal double slab (43:0) well. However, in the latest update, all of these blocks have been replaces with the new nether brick slabs and double slabs, which can irritate those builders who build with it.
