Tamed Cats and Dogs Are Now Strangely Untamed

In my minecraft world, all my tamed cats and dogs are now untamed. I can tell this is the case as cats now act like ocelots, and my dogs no longer have collars. What's even stranger is that all my wolves are hostile, and attack while in the sitting pose, so I can not re-tame them.

I have tamed them in the same account I used when this glitch first happened, so I doubt it's an account problem. I have searched, so this could only be happening to me, but it's a major annoyance that I can't just re-tame them, which wouldn't be so bad.
