[MC-52275] Incorrect Chunk

I just had opened a new creative world and was flying around a bit when this chunk loaded incorrectly. Than i re-created that world and it was gone.

Please attach .minecraft/logs/<DATE>-<NUMBER>.log.gz of the time you've created the first world and encountered that issue.
Relates to MC-2545 or MC-315
