The item frame hitbox is two pixels larger then the item frame, on all sides.
while attempting to access a chest by clicking just to the side of the item frame (seen in the picture), i was only able to rotate the item and not open the chest.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a chest
2. place an item frame on the chest
3. right click on the chest outside the visible boundary of the item frame
