[MC-523] Commands are case sensitive

If you type anything command, for example /gamemode 1 And you type /Gamemode 1 with caps lock on start, IT SHOW AS UNKNOW COMMAND!Please fix it mojang. Its so hard playing with this bug.

Commands are case sensitive - as such this is not a bug.

geez this post is old... seems mojang needs commands to be case sensitive for some reason...
