Weird, now it's working.. Well, anyway it occured for me when I had minecarts on an unpowered powered rail what was going down hill. the rail was facing west.

There was a powered rail on either side of the rail, the one to the west always powered. While the one to the right was powered by a button press. When the minecart was coming back, instead of stopping on the unpowered powered rail as it should.. it would start going downhills again and back on track, as if it was just normal rail.
When the problems occured it was lunch break and I had just installed 14w11b om my laptop (HP EliteBook 6930p) at work. These were my JVM arguments:
-XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+UseParNewGC -XX:ParallelGCThreads=2 -XX:+AggressiveOpts
I had about 12-14 FPS when the problems were occuring, I'm normaly somewhere around 33-40 FPS on it. The computer was never meant for gaming to start with and I was listening to spotify, had a browser running + installing a program in the background.
Unable to reproduce. Can you further explain. Is the minecart at high speed? If it is then thats intended as the unpowered rail will now slow a minecart slightly based on the speed its going
