[MC-52470] Command Block : "/give @p skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:@p}" Bug?

The Command Block was SUPPOSED give the closest player (@p) THEIR Player Skull

I was given "@p's Head"

Steps to Cause the Bug
1. /give <your_player_name> command_block
2. Place the Command Block and insert the following: /give @p skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:@p}
3. Trigger the Command Block with a Redstone Signal

I actually thought of this as a bug, because normally, the '@p' is transferred automatically to the closest player, so from my perspective, that SHOULD have given me my Player Skull...
