[MC-53162] Spectator mode glitch/bug.

I was Testing out Spectator Mode, I was an enderman, then i killed myself STILL HAVE ENDERMAN'S VIEW Survival Log-out Can't get rid of it. HELP

How did you manage to kill yourself while spectating ?
Shader not reseting if the host dies was fixed in 14w05b, see MC-46503

For now, Press F4 to clear the Shader.

I was spectating as a Spider which was on a platform above the void. The spider and I both plummeted to our deaths in the void. It's somewhat easy to die with a mob like that.

But I remember that the filter went away after I died. It was in 14w21b.
